These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by TTM DeFi Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, applications, and other services (collectively, the “Services”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account with outside LP’s. You agree to notify TTM DeFi Group LLC and the LP you have your account with immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
c.Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate future business at any time and for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Use of Services
a. Permitted Use:
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the Services to engage in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
b. Prohibited Conduct:
You agree not to:
– Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, including accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
– Use any automated system, such as bots or scrapers, to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission.
– Engage in any activity that may constitute a breach of security or an attempt to compromise the privacy of others.
5. Financial Transactions
a. Payment Terms:
If you engage any of our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information to our 3rd party partners you do business with.
c. Compliance with Financial Regulations:
You acknowledge and agree that all financial transactions conducted through our Services must comply with applicable Illinois and federal laws, including but not limited to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and other regulations governing financial services.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership:
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Services are the property of TTM DeFi Group LLC or its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided through the Services without our express written permission.
b. User Content:
